The Tulalip Recovery Center in partnership with Dave Purchase Project brought a vending machine to the Tulalip Pallet Shelter that gives access to free Narcan for anyone at anytime. Kelly Prayerwarrior of Community Health and William Thomas the head security of the Pallet Shelter recount the day they were able to use that machine to save a life.
