Segments:

Taholah Seawall – On March 25, Taholah residents and property were
susceptible to flooding as a winter storm damaged the seawall that seperates
the village and the Pacific ocean. Over 100 dumptrucks hawled in a total of
4500 tons of rock, to shore up the damaged seawall.

Heritage Basketball Banquet – On April 3, Heritage High School held their
annual banquet to commemorate an outstanding basketball season.  Coaches,
players and parents celebrated the season, where both Boys and Girls teams
participated in the State Tournament.  Certificates and awards were handed out
to the players for their exceptional performance.

Don Hatch Jr. Youth Center Opening – Recently completed, Tulalip opened
the Don Hatch Jr. Youth Center to the community on April 7th.  The grand opening
offered visitors to explore the new facilities and what they have to offer.  Tony Hatch
spoke about the Youth Center.  The new facilities offer a basketball court, weight rooms,
computer lab, recreational room, as well as housing for the Youth Services and
Education Departments.
