Tulalip Notable Women

Lucy was the daughter of Mowitch and Sally Sam.
She married William Dunbar.
Their child Billy Jr. and niece Josephine attended the Tulalip Indian School in 1912.
In 1915 A.C. Buttke built her a home on her Tulalip ranch.
